장영해는 의학장치이자 안정을 위한 관음과 편집증적 광학장치로서 ‘글러브 박스Glove box’를 가져온다.
글러브 박스는 격리가 필요한 대상을 손으로 통제할 수 있도록 장갑이 달린 채로 설계된 밀폐가능한 컨테이너이다.(인큐베이터를 생각하면 된다)
밀폐된 상태로 보여지며, 만져지는 것이 동시에 달성되기 위한 관측장치인 '글러브 박스'로부터, '나'의 일부이면서 '임상(clinic)'이라는 물질적 대상인 몸을 다루고자 ‘glove box’프로젝트를 진행했다.

The project introduces the 'Glove Box' as both a medical device for stabilizing observation and a paranoiac optical apparatus. A glove box is a sealable container designed with built-in gloves, allowing for the manual manipulation of subjects requiring isolation (similar to an incubator).
The 'Glove Box' serves as an observational instrument where simultaneous hermetic sealing and tactile engagement are achieved. Through this apparatus, the project explores the body—a part of the 'self' yet a material object of the 'clinic.'
