직업적으로 아픔을 연기하는 환자, 한국에서 독자적으로 상온에서 만질수 있는 표본을 만드는 방식을 발명한 박영석 교수의 표본 제작 공정, 인체 표본 박물관의 스펙터클을 경유하며, 동시대의 인체가 데이터와 표본이 되는 과정을 되짚는다.
How is this visual condition, predicated on absolute sterility, distributed and consumed? The installation employs a four-channel multi-projection to materialize the structural logic of a shadowless lamp.
The narrative moves through the lives of professional patients acting out pain, the innovative specimen preservation techniques of Professor Park Young-seok, and the overwhelming spectacles of anatomy museums. In doing so, it examines the modern trajectory of the human body as it is digitized into data and solidified into specimens.
